I took a week off as I was experiencing some odd aches in my hips and legs. Plus, new job was adding a lot of stress. So after a week with no running, started slow at just 3.5 miles. It felt decent, but a long way from the 12 miles I should have done if I was sticking to the marathon training schedule I'm enrolled in. Still, I plan to do an easy week with 3 -4 mile runs during the week followed by a 10k on Saturday. |
